Clean Should Really Be Clean

I was an avid Clorox, Scrubbing Bubbles, and Swiffer WetJet user for YEARS. Once I started to grasp the concept of hormonal health and the endocrine system, the first clean household swaps I made were my cleaning products! There are currently no federal regulations on chemicals in household products, meaning that ingredients and products do not need to meet any standards. The average household contains 70 toxic chemicals. The ingredients are often linked to asthma, cancer, reproductive and nervous system disorders, hormone disruption, and neurotoxicity, among other issues. Short term exposure may seem minute when the only effect the user experiences is a headache or skin burn, however, repeated exposure causes tissues in the body to store the chemicals long term.

CLEANERS
Aunt Fannie's
Aunt Fannie's Cleaners are vinegar based and get their scent from essential oils. Best of all, the are pet friendly! I specifically love their floor cleaner!

Molly's Suds
Safe. Simple. Effective. Most laundry products do not have the ingredients listed on them! Molly's Suds believes in safe ingredients and transparency. I personally love the Peppermint Pods-- they make my clothes smell heavenly without the hellish consequences. I also like the detergent pods!
